A perfect spot to stay in the heart of Snowdonia .

Absolutely amazing

This was our second visit to Clydfan cottage and stayed for a week. The cottage was very cosy and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped as we did occassionally cooked dimners -it was difficult to get a table to eat out. Covid has affected this busy village and lack of staff meant that some pubs closed early. Hope to visit again soon. Thanks a lot

We stayed for a week in September. Glorious sunshine helped. Breakfast outside overlooking the river, with the sound of the river and the resident robin singing took me far away from Covid and lockdown and made me feel I have had a beautiful summer holiday. Hearing the river form the bedroom window is so soothing at night and the cottage is small but perfect. Beddgelert is really cosy and friendly. The ice cream is by far the best in the UK. I cant wat to return.

Just spent 2 nights at Clydfan Cottage and can’t wait to return in Oct 2021. The cottage is cosy with comfortable beds and everything you need for a self catering holiday. In an ideal spot within Beddgelert and also for exploring the surrounding areas.

Great little cosy miners cottage, fire was used every night after our very enjoyable snowy walks. Bed was very comfortable. The only downfall is the bathroom being downstairs, but obviously cannot be helped being a typical 2 up 2 down cottage.

Amenities are close by, the local shop stocks almost everything you could want. And we ate out in The Saracens Head which was very friendly, dog friendly and the food absolutely delicious.

Plenty of walks start from the cottage. Leave the car and explore wonderful Beddgelert!

A real home from home feel
The only thing that would a been nice but has not put us off staying 3 times is a washing machine specially when we have a son who can somehow can dirty walking to the shops

Lovely cottage, also really cosy and warm and comfortable, great for cooking which we love to do. Not just a holiday home. Will be back to explore further
